Job description

in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for business-critical use cases.Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and actionable visual insights.Collaborate closely with domain teams to ensure consistent and trusted reporting across the organisation.Perform data analysis and data exploration using Python and/or SQL.Work with Data Engineers to ensure data quality, availability, and performance of analytical datasets.Contribute to data validation and QA processes, including emerging agent-based approaches.Support stakeholders in understanding data and promoting data-driven decision making.Ensure compliance with data governance standards and domain-oriented data principles.

Requirements

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven experience as a Data Analyst in data-driven environments (banking or financial services is a strong plus).Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, an d performance optimisation.Solid knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.Experience using Python for data analysis (e.g. Pandas).Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytical data models.Experience working in Azure data environments (such a s Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks).Ability to work with large-scale datasets and distributed environments (Spark is a plus).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
