Social benefits and flexible compensation plan. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and evolution of the ACS (Access Control Server) solution. Participate in the full DevOps lifecycle: automation, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Manage, maintain, and optimize technical solutions in non-production and production environments. Handle incidents related to deliveries, deployments, and platform operations. Administer and manage containerized environments (Docker / OpenShift). Collaborate with development, system, network, and security teams. Actively contribute to the Build-to-Run phase of customer projects. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability in a high-volume transaction environment.

Experience as a DevOps Engineer (medior level; senior profiles also considered). Experience with Linux environments. Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration: Docker, OpenShift. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools: Git, GitLab. Experience with Java backend ecosystems: Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), Maven. Experience with middleware and platforms such as Tomcat and Kafka. Experience with databases and data platforms: MongoDB, Elasticsearch. Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Engineering degree or equivalent university background. English level: minimum B2 required.
