Job description
We are looking for anIT Service Manager with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and IAMto play a key role in managing and improving security services within a project for a leading client in the banking sector. This100% remoteposition is open to candidates located inSpain, requiringfluent Englishfor effective collaboration with international teams. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Oversee the operation and effectiveness of IAM controls, ensuring proper access governance and compliance with policies. Manage service delivery of cybersecurity services, including monitoring SLAs, performance, and quality of third-party vendors. Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve escalations and ensure continuous service improvement. Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and support IT/Cyber BAU operations and change management processes. Support risk management activities, including risk assessment and compliance within a regulated environment. Lead reporting and data analysis related to service performance, vendor metrics, and cost optimisation initiatives. What do we expect from you?
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience withIAM controls & access governance(user access, policies & procedures) Service level assessment and management. Previous experience withthird party engagement. Familiar withITILconcepts and methodology. Strong understanding ofIT and Cyber BAU operations and change management. Experience working in aregulated environment. Experiencemanaging a team. Data analysis and reporting skills relating to vendor performance metrics and cost savings exercises. In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and industry standards such asGDPR, PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO/IEC *****. The ability to negotiate and manage contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that include specific cybersecurity clauses, breach notification timelines, and audit rights, etc.
