Si te apasiona ayudar a los clientes a alcanzar sus objetivos a través de la tecnología The Technical Lead H&S Solutions is responsible for the strategic evolution, maintenance, and operational excellence of custom digital solutions supporting Health, Safety, and Environment (Drive improvement through IT design and architecture, acting as an IT Product Owner. Ensure business satisfaction and IT operational stability across HS&E platforms. Manage offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to security standards and performance KPIs. Support the IT project with efficient tasks prioritisation via analysing business needs. Create, control and monitor Change Requests related to assigned applications and Solid experience in the delivery, development and maintenance of IT Applications in a global organisation or complex corporate structure. Strong IT background to support solution integration within the IT landscape Experience working and managing offshore teams or SaaS partners. Strong problem solving and IT operational model optimization skills. Experience in managing agile IT Projects. Excellent understanding of business functional aspects of BI solutions. JAVA, PHP, HTML, SQL, and modern mobile app frameworks. Relational databases and data modelling, web development and latest development and hosting framework for rapid development and advanced UI / UX. Solid understanding of modern web design principles for enterprise workflows. Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including database management and document storage. Understanding of SQL and database concepts. Experience managing remote/offshore teams across different time zones. Strong focus on user experience and service improvement. Managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills. Ability to support & lead senior business stakeholders. English: Proyectos retadores con tecnologías de vanguardia.
