Sap Project Manager

Harrington Boyd are currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader who are searching for an SAP OTC Project Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This position is based in Madrid, with flexible hybrid working and limited international travel. This role will offer you: Strategic involvement in a global S/4HANA transformation across multiple regions The opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment Leadership responsibility for a team of 8 experienced SAP consultants Flexible working arrangements, including a strong hybrid model Excellent benefits, career development pathways, and a strong focus on employee well-being Your responsibilities: Leading the planning and execution of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within the global OTC domain Managing end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) workstreams across multiple business units and geographies Collaborating with senior stakeholders in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Quality to ensure alignment with business and compliance objectives Driving project phases in a highly regulated GxP environment Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of 8 SAP consultants Ensuring timely delivery

documentation quality, and adherence to global standards Providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to programme leadership We are searching for the following skills & experience: At least 8 years of SAP experience, ideally in a project lead or project management capacity Proven experience delivering SAP OTC implementations or global rollouts Strong expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, LE) and their integration within OTC processes Prior involvement in S/4HANA transformation programmes is highly desirable Experience working within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability to lead international, cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) If this position could be of interest to you or anyone else within your network, please forward an updated version of your CV for consideration.
