Devops Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .

Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.What You'll Bring:5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred). Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines . Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.Nice to Have:Agile or ITIL backgroundDevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
