OverviewData Architect - Madrid (Hybrid)At VASS, we are looking for a Data Architect to join our team in Madrid and participate in high-impact international projects., We partner with leading organizations to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, from strategy through execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign and define data architectures aligned with business and technical requirementsLead the design of data models, data flows, and integration strategiesEnsure scalability, performance, and data quality across platformsCollaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholdersDefine best practices, standards, and governance models for data managementParticipate in decision-making regarding tools, technologies, and data platformsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as Data Architect (or closely related positions)Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data modeling, and data integrationExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data ecosystemsSolid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehousing solutionsAbility to work in collaborative and fast-paced environmentsHigh level of English (C1) - you will work in an international environmentMust be based in Madrid, with availability to work 2 days per week onsite at the client's office (hybrid model)Nice to haveExperience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworksExperience in agile environmentsWhat we offerParticipation in innovative and international projectsStable career path with opportunities for growthHybrid work model (Madrid-based)A highly skilled and collaborative team environment #J-*****-Ljbffr
