3rd Line Support Engineer

The 3rd Line Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and change delivery for business-critical applications and data platforms. This role focuses on resolving complex incidents, implementing approved changes, and ensuring the accuracy and continuity of business data operations. The engineer will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and other support tiers to maintain service quality and system stability. Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents beyond 1st and 2nd line support. What do we expect from you? Advanced Excel skills , including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation, tooling, and support utilities to improve operational efficiency.
