Job description

Promote a strongrisk-aware cultureand best practices across the organizationIdentify, assess, manage, and report risks in line with regulatory frameworksSupport initiatives toprevent and mitigate insider threats Contribute to the design and improvement ofsecurity processes, policies, and controls Develop and trackmetrics to measure the effectivenessof DLP and insider threat programs Ensure alignment withfinancial crime compliance and regulatory obligations Continuously improve processes within the insider threat and DLP space ??Mandatory requirements

Requirements

+3 years of experience ininformation security, risk management, or DLP-related roles Solid understanding ofDLP functionalities(policy monitoring, incident response, analysis) Strong knowledge ofrisk management practices and frameworks Experience using tools such asServiceNowfor ticketing and reporting Proficiency inMicrosoft Office tools(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills English C1 Nice to have Exposure tocybersecurity standards, policies, and frameworks Experience with tools such asMicrosoft Purview, Defender, or Netskope Knowledge ofGDPR, PCI standards, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
