Job description

We are seeking aSenior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant / ERP Business Analystto join a global transformation team responsible for implementing and rolling out acore ERP templateacross multiple business units. This role will act as thefunctional leadforProduction & Planning (PLP)and/orInventory to Deliver (ITD)domains, serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams in industrial and distribution environments. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, frombusiness analysis and process design to testing and deployment, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead functional activities withinPLP and/or ITD streamsin D365 F&O projects Facilitate and leadbusiness workshopsto gather and validate requirements Analyze and documentAS-IS / TO-BE processes Translate business needs intofunctional specifications Supportsolution design, gap analysis, and system configuration alignment Participate intesting, validation, and deployment phases Act as thelink between business users, IT teams, and external partners Ensure deliverables meetquality standards and project objectives Driveprocess standardization and continuous improvement Key Requirements

Requirements

Minimum3+ years of experienceas a Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Functional Consultant or ERP Business Analyst Proven hands-on experience withD365 Finance & Operations (mandatory) Strong expertise in: Production & Planning (PLP)(MRP, production control, scheduling) and/or Inventory to Deliver (ITD)(inventory, warehousing, logistics) Experience inindustrial and/or distribution environments Strong skills inbusiness process analysis and documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with aproactive and ownership-driven attitude Fluent inEnglish Availability foroccasional travel Nice to Have Experience withAzure DevOps / Agile environments Knowledge of additional D365 modules Experience inmulti-country ERP rollouts Familiarity withprocess modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)
