Requirements
Define and prioritize Reporting capabilities, Operational dashboards, Realtime monitoring views and Analytical use cases Translate business and operational needs into Functional definitions, User stories and requirements Collaborate with country programs to (1) understand operational needs, (2) Identify reusable global capabilities, (3) Evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira Mandatory requirements: Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Reporting and analytics solutions Strong understanding of Operational KPIs, Reporting frameworks, Omnichannel customer service environments Experience translating business requirements in Product backlog items Experience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environments Drive functional alignment across stakeholders Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset. Ability to understand operational processes, identify analytical opportunities and translate them into business insights Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross-functional environment. Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands Strong documentation and functional definition skills. Ability to work in global and multi-country product organizations.
