Agile Product Owner (Remote)

We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end analytics, reporting, and operational insights capabilities used across Contact Centers, Branches, Commercial Campaigns, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience domains.Define and prioritize Reporting capabilities, Operational dashboards, Realtime monitoring views and Analytical use casesCollaborate with country programs to (1) understand operational needs, (2) Identify reusable global capabilities, (3) Evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunitiesCoordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder managementMaintain

functional documentation updated in Confluence and JiraProven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Reporting and analytics solutionsExperience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environmentsExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
