Responsibilities Customer projects in SAP HCM on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) Analyze customer situations and create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints System realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting Support all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll-out of SAP HCM Take on partial project management in smaller teams on-site at customer locations

Fluency in German Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP HCM Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration Know-how in tax and social security law Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics Experience with project management and consulting methods Self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness Solution-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience

Flexible compensation (restaurants, transportation, childcare vouchers, health insurance) - Deducted from the salary, up to 30% of the total salary Remote work allowance 70 €/month without a company phone, or 23 €/month with a company phone. Contract type: Permanent contract with up to 3-6 months of probation period. Working hours: official working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (8 hours), including a 1-hour break for lunch or a snack, to be arranged flexibly.
