6+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining backend services and distributed systems in production usingJava 21,Spring Boot 3.x,Docker 2+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining backend services and distributed systems in production usingKotlin Strong ownership and self-management in a fast-pacedAgileenvironment, with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions, resolve blockers, and communicate effectively in English Hands-on experience withAWS(core services and cloud-native development) Strong experience withmicroservices,MVC, andevent-driven architectures Strong experience withJPA / Hibernate Strong database design skills withPostgreSQL(advanced SQL) andDynamoDB, including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning Experience building and operatingevent-driven systems(e.g.,Kafka,Kinesis) Solid test automation experience usingJUnitandCucumber Hands-on experience withGitHub Actionsand/or similar CI/CD tools Ability to provide a 6-hour overlap with US Central Time (CT) on business days, working until 2 PM CT at the latest, which is equivalent to workinguntil 9 PM Spain time.
