Job description

transparency, collaboration and discipline . - Facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Scrums) and manage Agile artifacts. - Support Product Owners in effective backlog and product management. - Facilitate quarterly planning , organize team breakouts and plan the book of work (features) for upcoming quarters. - Manage dependencies and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and other cross-team forums. - Proactively identify and remove impediments , support conflict resolution and ensure smooth delivery flow. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders , Product Owners and leadership to ensure shared understanding of goals and priorities. - Drive adoption of Agile best practices, metrics and quality standards , enabling data-driven decision-making. - Manage team capacity and delivery progress aligned with quarterly planning. - Act as a change agent , promoting Agile values and behaviors across the organization. - Manage

Requirements

projects within the scope of the Agile team in line with the Julius Baer Project Delivery Framework . Mandatory requirements: - More than 2 years of experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A (mandatory). - Scrum Master certification (mandatory). - University degree in IT, Finance or a relevant field . - Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally in IT and/or financial services . - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and operational management. - Solid experience in Agile delivery methodologies , stakeholder management, facilitation and workshop management. - Experience in coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement and team empowerment . - Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro and other Agile collaboration tools. - Excellent English skills (German, French or other languages are a plus). - Strong communication, leadership and change management skills. - Self-driven, proactive, hands-on mentality with a high level of self-motivation . - Empathy, strong social and cross-cultural mindset, and excellent relationship management skills.
