Job description
Operations. We build a global B2B travel distribution platform connecting hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators across 20,000+ partners worldwide . Our ecosystem manages real-time inventory, large-scale booking flows, and complex operational logic across multiple platforms and regions. What You Will Do - Drive the roadmap and product evolution of YGG's unified B2B API and Extranet ecosystem. - Lead initiatives focused on platform consolidation, migration, and operational scalability. - Improve core platform capabilities around hotel and room mapping, enriched content, booking flows, and data quality. - Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to define scalable API structures, product requirements, and platform logic. - Support customer and partner migrations between legacy and target systems while minimizing operational disruption. - Translate business, operational, and technical needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and roadmap documentation. -
Requirements
Define product KPIs and success metrics related to adoption, conversion, stability, and operational quality. - Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders across multiple global regions. - Help balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform transformation goals. What Is Required To be successful in this role, you will have: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within B2B SaaS, API products, or complex platform environments. - Strong understanding of API ecosystems, integrations, schemas, versioning, and backward compatibility principles. - Experience leading or supporting platform migration, consolidation, or modernization initiatives. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Data, and Operations teams in agile environments. - Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, roadmap documentation, and clear product requirements. - Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to navigate complex operational and technical environments with multiple stakeholders. - Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes and help shape product direction. - Ability to work independently in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment. Nice to Have - Experience within Travel Tech, hotel distribution, OTA, marketplace, or travel platform environments. - Familiarity with extranets, mapping systems, content hubs, or CMS platforms. - Understanding of booking flows, pricing logic, search optimization, or supplier connectivity. - Experience working within global and multi-regional organizations. - Previous exposure to B2B API platforms or partner-facing product environments.
