marketing - Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), forecasting, segmentation and attribution - Contributing to our proprietary products: AITA, our MMM platform, and EcoMetrics, our ISO-aligned solution for measuring the carbon footprint of digital advertising - Turning model output into clear, defensible recommendations clients can act on - Building and optimising the data pipelines (ELT) that bring together Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, YouTube and Amazon data - Designing and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio, Shiny, Power BI and similar tools - Presenting your findings directly to clients - your analysis, in your words What we're looking for Essential - Strong Python for data science (pandas, scikit-learn and the wider ecosystem) and comfort working with large datasets (GB-TB scale) - Solid SQL - able to write and reason about complex queries - A rigorous, detail-oriented and self-directed way of working - A genuine collaborator who enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients - Strong written and spoken English (C1) - A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field Nice to have - Experience with deep-learning or Bayesian frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyMC, PySpark) - Familiarity with a cloud platform (Google Cloud, AWS or Azure) - Exposure to marketing, media or advertising data - Additional languages - we work across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific Don't tick every box?
