Requirements

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave management, absence tracking, vacation policies, and employee time-off processes.

Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions in accordance with business requirements and statutory regulations.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and implement leave policies, accrual plans, and absence management processes.

Configure and maintain core Time Off components, including: Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Period-End Processing Rules, Absence Counting Rules, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Off Workflows, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Support employee lifecycle events and organizational changes that impact leave balances, accruals, and absence records.

Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Time Off-related issues, defects, and enhancement requests.

Assist in the design, implementation, and support of integrations between Employee Central Time Off and: Payroll Systems, SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, External Time Management Systems, Third-Party HR Applications

Participate in testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.

Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and auditing activities for leave balances, accruals, and historical absence records.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and country-specific labor laws governing leave and absence management.

Review and assess quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases to evaluate their impact on Time Off functionality and business processes.

Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process documentation, and end-user training materials.

Provide production support, incident management, and issue resolution within defined SLA timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and optimize Time Off processes and system configurations.
