Job description
As a Senior Business Analyst Digital Forms, you work in two multidisciplinary Agile teams. Each team consists of a Product Owner, developers and a Business Analyst. You operate across teams, divide your time based on workload and priorities, and ensure alignment, quality and direction across the broader Digital Forms landscape.
You work on frontend, user-facing applications that are intensively used by:
- Wealth customers and Affluent customers
- Internal employees
The forms are built on a low-code platform (Mendix). As a result, the role focuses more on analysis, translation and coordination than on hands-on development.
The Product Owners steer mainly on outcomes and exceptions. You are expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, proactively engaging stakeholders and supporting teams at a senior level.
What you will do
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Structure and refine backlogs in Jira
- Actively engage with stakeholders across business and operations
- Coordinate and align work across two Agile teams
- Safeguard quality, consistency and customer impact across multiple forms
- Support teams during refinement, sprint preparation and acceptance
- Ensure solutions are not only technically correct, but also logical, compliant and user-friendly for end users
Requirements
Do you have experience in Jira?, * Experience as a Business Analyst (±3 years or more; effectively senior level)
- Experience working in an Agile / DevOps environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ambiguity into concrete solutions
- Proven experience with digital products, frontend applications or customer journeys
- Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus)
Nice to have
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g. Mendix)
- Experience with Jira
- Experience in complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in regulated industries (finance is a plus, not a requirement)
Important: experience with digital, user-facing solutions is more important than specific banking experience.
