Job description

Seven Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Assets Data Analyst to join a Property Services and Asset Management team in Barnsley. This role focuses on managing, analysing, and improving asset data systems and supporting the delivery of high-quality stock condition, energy, and performance data across housing assets., * Manage, configure, and input data into the Asset Management System

  • Support development and continuous improvement of asset data systems
  • Lead on data collection, validation, retention, and quality assurance processes
  • Analyse stock condition, energy, and component data to support investment planning
  • Produce reports and dashboards on performance, KPIs, and asset information
  • Support project delivery relating to data collection programmes and system improvements
  • Coordinate with contractors and partners to ensure accurate data capture
  • Lead on survey data design, data validation, and data reporting processes
  • Provide analytical input into capital investment and long-term financial planning
  • Maintain accurate records relating to statutory housing data requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data governance, and information security standards
  • Produce regular updates, reports, and insights for senior management

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, This is a data-led role, requiring strong analytical capability, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to support capital investment planning, performance reporting, and system development.

While experience in housing or asset management is beneficial, the key requirement is strong data analysis skills and the ability to manage, validate, and interpret complex datasets., * Strong experience working with large datasets in a professional environment

  • Proven ability in data analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and data management systems
  • Experience using databases or asset management systems (NEC experience desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to produce clear reports and present data to a range of audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and data quality standards
  • Experience in housing, asset management, construction, or property data is desirable but not essential
