Job description
- Design landing flows, dashboards, and operator-facing screens aligned with the ECHO / UFO Disclosure visual language.
- Produce wireframes, UI specs, and reusable component patterns (spacing, typography, color, states).
- Collaborate on brand-consistent marketing and in-product visuals (icons, panels, motion cues).
- Run quick usability passes and iterate from feedback without blocking engineering velocity.
What you'll do -- Frontend implementation:
- Build responsive interfaces in React (Vite, modern CSS / Tailwind-style utilities).
- Turn Figma or sketch-level direction into accessible, performant components.
- Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data surfaces; handle loading, empty, and error states cleanly.
- Maintain design-dev handoff quality: naming, variants, and documentation other engineers can reuse.
Requirements
This is intentionally a hybrid track: strong UI/UX designers who can implement in code are ideal, and frontend developers with a sharp eye for layout, motion, and brand are equally welcome. You do not need to be both at a senior level in every area -- but you should be comfortable owning a screen from concept to production., * 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or frontend development (portfolio required).
- A public portfolio, Dribbble, Behance, or GitHub showing shipped web work -- not only school projects.
- Solid fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction patterns for data-heavy UIs.
- Working knowledge of React and modern CSS; ability to implement your own designs or pair closely with engineering.
- Comfort with async remote collaboration (Figma, Slack, GitHub, clear written specs).
Nice to have:
- Experience with dark / sci-fi / dashboard aesthetics or Web3 product surfaces.
- Motion design (CSS, Lottie, or light After Effects) and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with design systems (tokens, Storybook, component libraries).
- Basic understanding of wallets, on-chain read-only data, or crypto-native UX patterns.
