Project Management (Data Centre Isolation/Migration/Cutover), Service Delivery, Technology Resilience, Business Continuity Planning, Stakeholder Management across global teams. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Advanced Excel, Cutover Runbook (or similar orchestration tools), Application Validation & Cross-DC Failover Coordination.
The role involves leading Data Centre Isolation activities across a global footprint of 19 data centres, with approximately 6-7 isolations executed annually. Each isolation follows a structured planning cycle of 8-12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end data centre isolation projects
Ensure delivery within defined quality, timelines, and governance standards
Coordinate planning, execution, and post-isolation validation activities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service continuity
Requirements
Strong project management expertise with the ability to run complex, large-scale initiatives independently
Experience in service delivery, technology resilience, and business continuity
Understanding of distributed application environments and failover strategies
Ability to manage critical events ensuring zero/near-zero business disruption
Technical Skills
SharePoint (documentation & collaboration)
JIRA/Confluence (tracking & knowledge management)
Advanced Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis)
Exposure to orchestration tools such as Cutover Runbook (or equivalent event management tools)
