Job description
The Graduate IT Applications Support Administrator will support the day-to-day operation of IT systems across the Mzuri Group, working closely with experienced colleagues on both operational support and project work. The role includes exposure to systems development projects, with a growing focus on AI implementation and automation initiatives., * Cover helpdesk support for Mzuri Groups business systems.
- Supporting, assisting and educating users in their use of Mzuri Groups business systems.
- Work with other departments to identify support requirements and solutions.
- Assist with the specification, testing and implementation of business system modifications.
- Suggest possible improvements to business systems and processes.
- Liaise with third party development / support providers.
- Undertake project work as agreed.
- Contribute to AI-focused project work furthering AI implementation and automation within the Group.
- Assist the Desktop support team with overflow helpdesk calls as and when required.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Have achieved or expect to achieve (by Summer 2026) a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interest in working in IT as a career choice.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a team or individually, as required.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Have completed a placement year as part of a 4 year degree.
- Previous experience working in an IT related environment.
- Knowledge or experience working with AI technologies., * Bachelor's (preferred)
