A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a specialist Digital Accessibility team. This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multiple concurrent accessibility projects across web, mobile and software platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility requirements are embedded throughout the development lifecycle., * Manage multiple accessibility-focused projects simultaneously across web, mobile and software development environments.
- Drive project delivery from initiation through to implementation.
- Partner with engineering, design, product and business stakeholders to ensure accessibility requirements are incorporated into solutions.
- Coordinate activities across international teams and stakeholders.
- Track project risks, dependencies, timelines and deliverables.
- Influence project teams to adopt accessibility best practices before release.
- Communicate project status, priorities and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall?, * Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager within: *
- Digital products
- Software development
- Web technologies
- Digital Accessibility programmes
- Strong knowledge of:
- Agile methodologies
- Waterfall / Hybrid delivery frameworks
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience influencing technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong organisational, planning and risk management capabilities., * Current project management certification such as:
- PMP
- CAPM
- CSM
- Equivalent recognised qualification

Benefits & conditions
£400-500 per day (Inside IR35) 3-month rolling contract Hybrid working: 3 days onsite in London, 2 days remote
