Requirements

  • Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX / PureCloud
  • IVR design and call flow development, including bots and secure flows
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payloads
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and OAuth
  • Scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud CI/CD and DevOps

Preferred

  • Genesys Tech Lead experience
  • CTI integration experience
