Job description
Introduction: We are hiring for a Data Analyst position in Charlotte, NC. This role will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and providing insights to help drive business decisions., * Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
- Develop and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Strong experience in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
- Experience with data visualization and reporting
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting or HR analytics
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with Python or R
