Job description
In addition to UX motion work, this role will assist with leadership communication and executive presentations, including contributing to shortform videos or sizzle reels under guidance, when motion helps support narrative clarity., * UX Motion Design: Support the creation of purposeful motion across digital products to improve usability, comprehension, and interaction feedback.
- Interaction & Flow Storytelling: Create motion assets such as transitions, microinteractions, walkthroughs, and flow demonstrations based on provided direction.
- Executive & Narrative Support: Assist with motion and shortform video assets, including portions of sizzle reels, to support executive storytelling and product vision communication.
- AIEnabled Creation: Learn and apply AIassisted tools to support ideation, prototyping, and production of motion assets.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and storytellers to integrate motion into endtoend experiences.
- Standards & Quality: Follow brand, accessibility, and UX standards across all motion deliverables.
Must Have Specific knowledge and skills
Foundational understanding of motion design and animation principles, with an interest in applying motion to UX and product experiences. Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with designers and partners. Comfort using industrystandard motion tools and openness to learning AIassisted workflows., To provide a consistent, fair, and flexible experience for all candidates, we use AI-assisted tools to support parts of the interview process. Requirements
- Academic or internship experience related to motion design, UX, animation, or visual design
- Exposure to designing motion for digital products, prototypes, or presentations
- Familiarity with UX concepts such as user flows, interaction design, and usability principles
- Interest in AIbased design or motion tools
Additional Skills and Other Requirements
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating motion, animation, or visual storytelling work
- Basic knowledge of animation timing, easing, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fastmoving environment
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn from peers and mentors
- Curiosity about motion, UX, and emerging design tools
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor s/4year degree
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0 2 years
Certifications/Licenses: Degree preferably in Design, UX, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field. Internship, academic, or equivalent experience will be considered.
Benefits & conditions
Salary/Rate: $28-30/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
