Job description

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Operations Support Engineer with strong experience supporting T24/Core Banking platforms in enterprise banking environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server administration, production support, incident management, and operational process execution within high-availability systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting T24 or Core Banking platform infrastructure operations
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server environments
  • 5+ years of experience in system operations, production support, and system testing
  • Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Experience designing and managing operational and batch operation flows
  • Solid understanding of operational support processes and methodologies
  • Experience working in banking or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and job scheduling tools
