Job description
We are hiring an experienced sales professional to be the first voice a prospective client hears when they decide to do something about their situation. You are not cold-calling. You are not building a personal book of business through outbound prospecting. Qualified leads come to you through our intake systems, referrals, our website, and walk-ins. Your job is to understand what each Potential New Client is going through, communicate the value of what we do, qualify the matter against our case criteria, present the retainer with confidence, and convert the right people into clients.
You will work in-person at the Tamarac office. You will work independently - we will not stand over your shoulder - and we will hold you to your numbers, your follow-ups, and the client experience you create., * Run consultations end-to-end: listen, qualify, present the retainer, close
- Follow up persistently until each prospect engages or clearly declines
- Onboard new clients and hand off cleanly to the legal team
- Represent the firm at networking and community events; build the referral pipeline and gather testimonials
- Document, document, document - every interaction, every follow-up, every commitment
- Improve the intake process - bring forward what is working and what is not
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, You are a sales professional with a servant heart. You believe you can do well financially while doing good for people. You believe in the product you are selling, and you can defend our pricing without apology because you know what we deliver. You are equally comfortable holding a difficult conversation with a hurting prospective client and asking that prospective client for the retainer in the same hour., * At least 2 years of sales experience in a client-facing role - sales experience inside a law firm selling legal services is strongly preferred
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-touch, consultative environment
- Excellent active listening skills; you can spend an hour with a prospective client and walk away knowing what they need, what they want, and what they fear
- Comfort with premium pricing and the maturity to communicate it confidently
- Strong organizational skills and discipline with a follow-up cadence
- Must know Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to use CRM systems
- A bias toward following the policies and procedures we have in place - and improving them when you spot a better way
- Bilingual is preferred but not required: Spanish or Creole is an advantage with our client base, * Do you have experience selling legal services within a law firm?

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000
- Expected on-target earnings: six figures
