System Administrator

Serve as the global administrator and subject matter expert for BlackLine, managing reconciliation, transaction matching, journal entry, and task management modules while ensuring efficient system operations and governance.

Provide cross-functional user support, training, and process optimization by configuring workflows, managing user access, coordinating upgrades, testing enhancements, and partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Drive process improvement initiatives through reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, and automation, while ensuring compliance with accounting controls, SOX requirements, and reconciliation policies.

4+ years of experience administering BlackLine with strong knowledge of reconciliation tools, financial systems, and accounting processes including GAAP, STAT, and SOX compliance.

Experience configuring match rules, approval workflows, dashboards, reporting, user provisioning, and process improvement initiatives, along with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and supporting enterprise finance operations.
