Job description
SRP (Salt River Project) is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Human Resource Operations team. This role delivers actionable workforce insights and scalable reporting solutions that enable data-informed decisions across HR and the business.
The HR Operations team provides technical expertise in data analytics, HR systems administration, communications, and process improvement, enabling HR partners to focus on strategic and advisory work in support of the business. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team and partner with HR functional areas (Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Management), and enterprise partners (Information Technology Services, Accounting, and Payroll).
In this role you will partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions, translate needs into analytical approaches, and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports and interactive visualizations. You will build and maintain reporting solutions in SuccessFactors and related HR data sources, apply sound governance and communicate insights through clear data storytelling to drive action. As a Data & Reporting Analyst at Salt River Project, your role is to be an expert at collaborating with our business groups to first understand their business needs, questions, and issues and then draw insight from SRP's many data sources to design the best solution.

You will build reporting solutions, directly within SuccessFactors as legacy Human Capital Management databases.
