Hardware Reliability & Test Engineer

• Perform system-level debug and root-cause analysis for server motherboard platforms.
• Create and execute validation plans, test procedures, and diagnostic activities.
• Work closely with hardware, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
• Improve test processes through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Support product quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in hardware validation, board debug, or server platform testing.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware platforms.
• Experience using debug and diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related lab equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages for automation.
• Background supporting manufacturing test environments or production validation.
• Familiarity with quality processes, reliability testing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
