Forward Deployed Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered solutions that help organizations streamline complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and unlock value from business data.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges, design technical solutions, and implement scalable software systems. You will act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders, helping transform customer requirements into working products and integrations.

• Design and implement custom solutions using Python and modern software development practices
• Develop integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer environments
• Build APIs, automation workflows, and data processing solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and implementation planning
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of customer-facing solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation where appropriate

• Strong software engineering experience using Python
• Experience designing and building APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern software architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or internal business teams
• Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and system integrations
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from discovery through delivery

• Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology companies
• Experience with AI, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation solutions
