Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Sales & Operations Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers, promote security solutions, and support smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships through outstanding service., * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the branch, providing professional and friendly assistance.

  • Promote and sell security solutions and services, including security system installation, CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control solutions, fire system monitoring, and equipment servicing, based on customer needs while supporting revenue growth.
  • Manage daily branch operations including scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking equipment supplies and coordinating orders as needed.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives through community events and promotional activities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This role is more sales-focused than office/administrative work, and strong industry knowledge within security products and solutions is highly preferred., * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems or CRM software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional sales or security industry certifications are a plus.
