Job description
Clarity is seeking an LMS and Digital Database Administrator to support the organization, cataloguing, and retrieval of large digital learning asset libraries. This role will focus on applying consistent metadata, identifying duplicate or outdated files, locating legacy training content, and helping project teams find reusable assets across LMS, SharePoint, DAM, spreadsheet, and digital library environments.
Requirements
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems, particularly locating, sourcing, exporting, and navigating legacy learning content.
- Strong digital asset management experience, including cataloguing photos, videos, graphics, source files, and other media formats such as JPG, PNG, SVG, MP4, and GIF.
- Ability to apply consistent tags, metadata, codes, naming conventions, and data entry standards across large asset libraries and the LMS.
- Experience identifying missing, duplicate, related, outdated, or incorrect files and coordinating with internal team members to resolve gaps.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, SharePoint, DAM systems, asset libraries, and large volumes of digital content.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence team members to provide timely input and asset clarification.
- Prior oil and gas, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to understand or learn oilfield terminology and distinguish among equipment types is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, information technology, educational technology, or equivalent LMS/database experience.
Benefits & conditions
The pay range for this is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
