IT Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Category Manager to support enterprise-wide sourcing and procurement initiatives focused on software, SaaS, cloud, and technology services., This role will partner closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage strategic sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, contract renewals, and category planning efforts across enterprise technology spend., * Develop and execute IT category sourcing strategies

• Lead vendor negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, and IT services agreements
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, SOWs, and MSAs
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives and optimize spend
• Conduct supplier evaluations, competitive bidding, and RFP/RFQ processes
• Support vendor management, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and Procurement teams
• Track sourcing activities, savings initiatives, and supplier performance metrics

• 5-10 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience
• Experience supporting IT/software procurement initiatives
• Background negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, or technology-related agreements
• Experience with contract negotiations, renewals, SOWs, and MSAs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or SAP is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
