Salesforce Admin, System Operations & Support
- Administer Active Directory environments including user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, group membership, permissions)
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents, escalating to engineers when needed
- Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 infrastructure issues across servers, endpoints, and enterprise systems
- Review and resolve ITSM tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Support file/folder recovery, system access, and operational requests
- Participate in infrastructure deployments, application upgrades, and cross-functional IT initiatives
- Manage enterprise patching processes across Windows and Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) systems
- Support and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including distribution points and backend services
- Execute patch deployments and monitor remediation across multiple environments (dev/test/prod)
- Identify vulnerabilities and participate in remediation planning and execution
- Assist in responding to critical security incidents and exploit remediation efforts
- Support after-hours or remote patching as required
Automation, Reporting & Optimization
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell preferred) for automation, remediation, and deployment activities
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and system metrics to support operational decisions
- Write and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Continuously improve processes for system performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaboration & Infrastructure Support
- Work closely with network, security, and application teams on infrastructure initiatives
- Participate in planning and deployment of enterprise technologies
- Provide support for hybrid and evolving cloud environments (Azure exposure is a plus)

Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience within Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Tier 2/3 Support roles
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments and core services:
- Active Directory
- DNS / DHCP
- Group Policy
- Hands-on experience with enterprise patch management tools (SCCM/MECM required)
- Experience patching both Windows and Linux systems
- Solid scripting experience (PowerShell required; Python/Bash a plus)
- Experience supporting environments with:
- 500+ users
- 250+ servers
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing experience
Benefits & conditions
This is a hybrid position 2 days onsite/ 3 day remote in West Palm Beach. Long Term 6-12 month contract position with extensions or conversion to full time, stable contract., This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
