Sr. UX Designer

• Execute all visual design stages from conception to implementation
• Conceptualize simple solutions to enhance user experience
• Translate concepts into user personas and journey maps
• Mentor designers while fostering a collaborative environment
• Facilitate product vision through user research and testing
• Advocate for user-centered design in all products
• Collaborate closely with developers for design implementation

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant design or behavioral science disciplines
• 7+ years in UX/UI design, participating in full product development lifecycle
• Strong portfolio of contributions to enterprise software products
• Deep understanding of user experience and human-centered design principles
• Fluency with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Experience establishing design systems and standards
• Ability to communicate complex information through various design artifacts
