Job description

  • Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
  • Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
  • Manage the customer onboarding process to Conservice ESG platform and oversee ongoing maintenance
  • Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
  • Work with Goby's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and an ownership mindset by identifying and initiating value-add opportunities, both internally and externally

  • Problem-Solving: Leverage strategic thinking and focus on root causes to constructively solve problems
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit the ability to set and manage client's expectations, along with the ability to communicate comprehensively and cohesively in written and verbal form
  • Operational Understanding: Meet client needs through a strong grasp of processes, technology, and objective use of data
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with management and team members., * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders (e.g., external or internal consulting or similar corporate roles with a mix of day-to-day operations and time-bound project experiences is preferable)
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience and strong ability working across functions and seniority levels.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analytics and management utilizing Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or various integrations (e.g., Sheets, Salesforce, AWS)
  • Experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
  • Understanding of SaaS business model
  • Ability to learn and assess customer data related needs utilizing various process methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar analytical frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and/or Python
  • An interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives
