(USA) Senior, Data Scientist

What you'll do: Identify and source relevant data from different business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis. Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL. Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior team members in modeling, coding, and analytical best practices to enhance team capabilities. Support scalability and sustainability of models in production environments through robust evaluation and tuning. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling with proficiency in Python programming. Strong knowledge of statistical methods, time series analysis, and advanced analytical modeling techniques. Expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights. Proven ability to identify, assess, and source relevant business data from different databases including SQL and NoSQL. Skilled in model deployment, validation, tuning, and ensuring scalability and sustainability of analytical models. Familiarity with MLOps practices and software testing methodologies to ensure robust code development. Option 1- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
