Copilot Studio Developer (Flexible Contract - AI Solutions)

We are experiencing rapid growth in demand for Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation projects and currently have more active opportunities than our internal team can support. As a result, we are expanding our network of experienced Copilot developers to help deliver high-impact solutions for our clients.

About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for a developer who wants to contribute to real-world Microsoft Copilot projects on a flexible schedule. You will work on meaningful client engagements, helping design and build solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows, and transform how organizations operate.

All projects are centered on the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 integrations.

What You'll Work On

• Design and develop custom copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build and deliver AI-driven workflows and automation solutions within Microsoft environments
• Collaborate with our team to implement client-specific use cases and business solutions
• Support integration of Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and security tools
• Contribute your expertise to improve solution design, architecture, and delivery approaches, * Flexible engagement: part-time, evenings, and/or weekends
• Deliverable-based work aligned to project needs
• Occasional virtual check-ins during business hours as required

Do you have experience in Solution architecture design?, * Proven, hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (required)

• Experience building and deploying custom copilots or conversational agents
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with additional generative AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
• Background in automation, integrations, or security-related use cases

$50 - $100 an hour - Part-time, Contract, Pulled from the full job description
