Job description

We are seeking a Desktop support technician to provide technical support to internal business users. This role is responsible for assisting employees with hardware, software, and system-related troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide IT support for desktop, laptop, and application troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting in a Windows environment
  • Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Office and email applications
  • Escalate unresolved or complex troubleshooting to higher-level support teams

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of customer service or IT support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory user account administration
  • Experience working with ticketing or service desk systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes
  • CompTIA A+ or related technical certification
