Job description

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end testing plan for a ~3 month SAP project, coordinating ~500 test cases across multiple business units
  • Orchestrate testing activities across phases (e.g., UAT, regression), ensuring readiness of test cases, data, environments and business testers
  • Coordinate and monitor test execution performed by business and functional teams; does not execute test cases
  • Track test progress, results, defects, and retesting; proactively identify risks, impacts and schedule issues
  • Oversee defect management, ensuring clear documentation, prioritization, resolution and closure in partnership with functional leads
  • Serve as the primary testing interface to the project manager, providing concise status updates, metrics, risks and go live readiness input
  • Facilitate testing evidence collection and formal test phase sign-offs

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating SAP testing efforts (SIT/UAT) on ERP programs, preferably with large test volumes and multiple workstreams
  • Working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) modules and business processes (e.g., FI/CO, SD/OTC, MM, GTS) sufficient to support business-led testing
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with business users, IT and project leadership
  • Proven ability to provide clear, executive-ready reporting on testing progress, defects and risk
  • Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Panaya, ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-paced project environments
