R&D Digital Tools and Automation Specialist

• Execute and manage R&D enterprise system requests and operational support tasks
• Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for internal users
• Act as a subject matter expert for business applications and operational workflows
• Support records management, lab data, change requests, and regulated processes
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
• Identify manual processes and recommend automation and process improvements
• Support digitization initiatives, workflow optimization, and AI/automation opportunities
• Collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy R&D Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to join a global R&D support team focused on improving productivity, operational efficiency, and digital transformation., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, Science, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, technical support, system administration, enterprise applications, or business systems support
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, execution focus, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Cornerstone, EDMS, LMS, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to automation, scripting, SQL, databases, workflow automation, AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI agents
• Experience supporting R&D, biotech, pharma, medical device, or regulated environments is a plus
