Our direct customer is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. You will be working directly with end users to enhance the IT environment supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Workstations, Network Devices, and some Windows Server/Azure Cloud support as well. Requirements

  • Must have 4+ years of total experience with Windows Workstations, Office 365, and End User Support
  • Must have experience in a customer facing technical support environment
  • Candidate must be willing to work 100% onsite in a normal day shift schedule
  • Selected candidate is someone who is customer service oriented and end-user centric.
  • Candidate must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
