Job description
As a member of the team, you'll create and influence innovative solutions that meet not only functional, but also performance, scalability and reliability requirements. You will be expected to work as a member of a high functioning Scrum team to help drive building new APIs. You will also be encouraged to demonstrate end-to-end ownership of team commitments and look for ways for you to help team achieve its commitments beyond just finishing your own personal tasks.
Requirements
- Strong Java/J2EE (Version 11+) development working on enterprise level applications utilizing frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate JPA
- Experience with angular, ngrx, rxjs or a similar framework like react (this UI work will be about 40% of the job)
- Hands-on experience with building RESTful Web Services/APIs
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in an energetic work environment while meeting work you're doing.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Good verbal and written communication skills, are able to optimally communicate with other team members and build positive relationships
- Understanding of Agile systems development techniques utilizing Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Ability to mentor new and junior team members
- Spring Batch and AWS experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
