Director - AWS Cloud & Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Director - AWS Cloud & Healthcare Solutions to lead enterprise healthcare technology initiatives focused on AWS cloud architecture, AI-driven analytics, and scalable healthcare platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in healthcare technology, cloud transformation, regulatory compliance, and modern data platform delivery.

This role will drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of cloud-native healthcare solutions that support clinical analytics, predictive modeling, patient engagement, and operational efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, healthcare partners, and cross-functional engineering teams., * Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise healthcare platforms on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Drive cloud modernization, scalability, security, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Manage global engineering teams delivering AI-driven healthcare and analytics solutions.
• Design and implement secure healthcare data platforms supporting HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
• Oversee integration of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR.
• Collaborate with clinical, pharmaceutical, and business stakeholders to develop healthcare technology solutions.
• Lead AI and predictive analytics initiatives supporting patient risk stratification and clinical decision-making.
• Define cloud architecture standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership on technology strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms.
• Mentor engineering leaders and build high-performing technology teams.

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or healthcare technology leadership.
• 7+ years in Director-level or senior technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Experience leading healthcare technology platforms and data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong background in AI/ML-enabled analytics and healthcare data platforms.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, payer, or provider healthcare systems.
• Proven success managing large distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills., * AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or related).
• Experience with predictive analytics models and clinical decision support systems.
• Exposure to pharmacy benefit management (PBM) platforms or e-prescription systems.
• Experience building modern data platforms and cloud-native microservices architectures.
