Job description
CACI's Space Radar and Sensor Technologies group is seeking an Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer to support one of our primary programs working with the US Government to build, maintain, and improve multiple complex environments. In this position, you will be the foundation for our software programs ensuring systems can function as expected to keep our nation safe and work in space emerging technology. Our ideal candidate is a hard-charging platform engineer that can learn quickly and begin contributing to our complex software programs. You should have a strong understanding of IaC, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines to evolve our existing software infrastructure and architecture., * Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive CICD pipelines with seamless automation and reduced build times.
- Deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud environments (prefer AWS) and instances.
- Standardize deployment consistency to minimize configuration drift.
- Modernize legacy applications and code.
- Effective at cross-organizational communication with the ability to work well in a small team.
- Mentor junior developers and foster their professional growth; design organizational and programmatic best practices for CICD and automated testing.
- Work within a team environment to advance large software development packages by taking on and completing tasks independently.
Requirements
Required:
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, and/or Helm.
- Experience navigating Linux systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology fields or 5 years of professional experience
- US citizenship with a current/active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
Desired:
- Familiarity with government requirements for DevSecOps and regulations for code deployments.
- Experience with software programs in operations.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with virtual teams.
- Professional experience in radar or electro-optical fields.
- Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality.
- Version control experience in Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket).
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum.
- Desire to learn new technologies.

The proposed salary range for this position is
$86,100 - $181,000
