Job description
Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Cloud Platform- AWS.
- Database knowledge - SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices.
- Proficient in JIRA; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands on Knowledge in Product Design & Development.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows., * The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
- Business-level communication is a must.
- Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovative/enhancement, and analysis of consequences.
- Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
- Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare domain is highly desirable
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience to Retail/Pharmacy domain
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
