Job description
- Provide onsite GIS support and serve as a primary point of contact for users
- Perform GIS analysis, mapping, and data updates (ArcGIS Pro)
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs and provide solutions
- Ensure data quality (QA/QC) and support integration into enterprise systems
- Create simple communication products (updates, guides, presentations)
- Assist with training support and user guidance
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of professional GIS experience
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro (or similar GIS software)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience working in a professional or client-facing environment
- Strong organizational and task management skills
Nice-to-Have:
- DoD / Air Force / ANG experience
- Familiarity with enterprise GIS or data standards
- Experience supporting training or developing materials
- Experience with SharePoint or web-based tools
